(2015) “Haaretz will compensate with NIS 50,000 due to an article by Rogel Alpher” Oren Persico 27.03.2017 The Haaretz newspaper will compensate NIS 50,000 for a building contractor mentioned in a publicist article by Rogel Alpher, as was recently decided in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Magistrate’s Court. The contractor, Yosef Paz, was responsible for renovating a building on Rothschild Street in Tel Aviv, and during the renovation he placed scaffolding around the building.
